As the items in our collection are one-of-a-kind and often of a vintage nature, we have established the following Return and Exchange Policy to ensure a clear understanding of our practices.
1. Returns: Unfortunately, due to the vintage and pre-loved nature of the items we offer, we do not accept returns. Each piece in our collection is carefully selected and evaluated to provide you with authentic and unique pieces that may have signs of wear and character.
2. Exchanges: We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations or fit as desired. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option to exchange the item for another of equal value from our store. Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags attached.
- The request for an exchange must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The exchange request must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or order number.
3. Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@imperfectrebel.com within the specified timeframe to request an exchange.
- Provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
- Our customer support team will provide you with instructions for returning the item.
- Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will issue store credit equal to the value of the returned item.
- You can then use this store credit to choose another item from our store.
4. Final Sale Items: Please note that certain items may be marked as “Final Sale” and are not eligible for exchange. This will be clearly indicated in the product description.
5. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
6. Item Availability: Exchanges are subject to the availability of items in our store. If the requested item is not available, we will work with you to find an appropriate alternative or provide a store credit for future use.
7. Condition of Exchanged Items: Exchanged items must meet the same conditions as outlined in our Exchange Policy, and we reserve the right to deny exchanges for items that do not meet these criteria.
